Hearing Notes from the Covering Attorney are forwarded the same day, usually within the hour,  via e-mail to facilitate your immediate communication with client(s) regarding any needs/concerns raised at the meeting or hearing, as well as completion of the New DECLARATION REGARDING ADMINISTRATION OF OATH AND CONFIRMATION OF IDENTITY AND SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, now required by the DOJ for all Zoom 341s
